Privacy policy
Clear information before you share a tutoring inquiry.
Effective July 25, 2026. This policy explains what this website collects, why it is collected, and the choices available to families.
Who is responsible
Ms. Hasnaa Online Tutoring is responsible for personal information collected through this website. Privacy questions, access requests, corrections, or consent withdrawals can be sent to the Privacy contact at TutorDesk@kgconsultancy.ca.
What is collected
The tutoring inquiry form asks for a parent or guardian’s name and email address, an optional phone number, and a short description of the requested tutoring support. The website may also process limited technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, referring page, approximate country, requested page, and request identifiers for security, rate limiting, reliability, and aggregate visit measurement.
Why it is collected
- To reply to a tutoring inquiry, understand the requested subject and course, and discuss fit or availability.
- To protect the form and website from abuse, diagnose technical problems, and maintain reliable service.
- To understand general website use and improve the information families can find.
- To meet legal, accounting, dispute-resolution, and safety obligations where applicable.
Only information reasonably needed for these purposes should be submitted. A parent or guardian should send the initial inquiry. Please do not include medical records, student IDs, passwords, financial information, or other sensitive student information in the first note.
Consent and choices
Submitting the inquiry form confirms consent to use the information for responding to and administering the inquiry. Consent may be withdrawn by contacting the privacy contact, subject to legal or contractual limits. If consent is withdrawn before the inquiry is handled, a reply or tutoring arrangement may no longer be possible.
Service providers and processing locations
The website and form use service providers, including Cloudflare for hosting, delivery, security, and request processing; the Tutor Desk system for inquiry follow-through; and, only after “Allow analytics” is selected, Google Analytics for aggregate website measurement. These providers may process or store information outside Alberta or Canada, where it can be subject to the laws of the location in which it is handled.
Protection, retention, and disclosure
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect information. Inquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above or as required by law, then securely deleted or anonymized where practical. Personal information is not sold. It may be disclosed to service providers supporting the stated purposes, when authorized by the person concerned, or when required or permitted by law.
Access, correction, and questions
You may ask what personal information is held about you, request a correction, or raise a concern by emailing TutorDesk@kgconsultancy.ca. Identity may need to be confirmed before an access or correction request is completed.

Policy updates
This policy may be updated when the website, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will identify the current version.
